Citizen Participation Plan
The Citizen Participation Plan is a document filed by National Grid with the NYSDEC that sets out how National Grid will meet its requirements to communicate with and receive input from the community as the project moves through its various phases. The CPP is updated as each phase is reached, or when there are significant changes in the various contact lists.
